Quick Brown Box offers a customer-led delivery service because life can be busy and our aim is to make things as simple and stress-free as possible.
We keep plenty of Quick Brown Box product in stock at our main facility. Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, however we also offer next day service and express couriers. Just choose a delivery option that is convenient for you.
All local orders are delivered by our fleet of delivery trucks or using a reputable courier service. All deliveries need to be signed for, as proof of delivery, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Additional fees may be charges if we need to re-deliver your order.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers.
Local deliveries are FREE for orders over $400 (ex GST).
Orders under $400.00 attract a small delivery fee depending on the order weight and size.
Delivery costs outside of our local metro area will be quoted separately as an additional charge. Delivery is based on cubic weight and each order is different.
Customers are also welcome to pickup orders from either of our Brisbane sites at Browns Plains or Yatala.
If you prefer to use a courier company that your have an account with, please provide us with the account number and QBB will work with you to make it happen.
