The outer flaps on the top and the bottom of the OSC partly overlap and can be taped, glued or stapled to close. The overlap can be varied dependant on the product contained, and is often used in the packing of meat products.
The outer flaps on the top and the bottom of the FF5PF completely overlap and can be taped, glued or stapled to close, whilst the fifth panel is used as the closing joint. This style is often used where the product is long or flat packed, such as DIY furniture.
The CST has flaps on all four sides that can be taped, glued or stapled to seal. This style is often used as a lid or a base for pallet bins, or as a cover to protect a pallet load.
The PAD is a corrugated sheet of board, used mainly for separating product contained in a carton. This style is cut to specification, and provides added protection to your product.
The DIE CUT has endless styles and is designed to fit exact product specifications, all die cut styles require a cutting form. We have many standard styles available, and our sales team can advise you if we have an existing cutting form for your particular application.
